My first impression of Houston:
What a great city, it’s real warm, the people are really nice. I had never been down there before, and the first time I really felt at home and had a great experience. I look forward to playing there.

Best defensive player I’ve played with:
Sedrick Ellis.

Best offensive player I’ve faced:
Vince Young.

Favorite defense:
I like it when I’m able to blitz a lot.

My goal is to:
Right now my goals are short term because I haven’t even started my career yet. So just have the best rookie season possible and help the Texans win as many games as possible.

Grew up watching:
Dallas Cowboys.

Closest friends in football:
A lot of my teammates from USC, including Mark Sanchez and Taylor Mays.

Favorite food:
Sushi.

Favorite movies:
“Bloodsport.”

What’s in your iPod?
Pretty much everything. I just put it on shuffle and listen to whatever I’m in the mood for that day.

Favorite video game:
NHL 2K9 on Playstation 3.

Favorite hangouts:
I’m not a big go-out guy. Probably the gym or my house.

Something fans should know about me:
I’m very superstitious, especially in the way I get dressed before a game. I always put my left shoe on before the right shoe, that kind of thing. Actually I don’t know if it’s superstition or OCD but I have a lot of habits that I follow.
